stayed for 1 night n it was really nice. the breakfast was soooo tasty, especially the hash brown, cooked perfectly. staff were super friendly n helpful, felt very welcome! also, having secure parking was ace, made things easy. the room had a nice touch, with fresh milk for coffee and proper yorkshire tea instead of those awful uht pots.
only complaint was there was some noise from outside at night, so it was a bit hard to sleep. also, the bathroom could use a bit more space.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the family-friendly atmosphere. My grandson loved the cozy double room, and the breakfast was something special. The central location made it easy for us to explore Skipton and enjoy the local shops and market together.
For dads, it would be great if there were more activities for the kids to enjoy while dining.

I had a fantastic time at The Woolly Sheep. The room was cozy and clean, which made my stay very comfortable. The hospitality tray with teas and biscuits was a nice touch. Breakfast was where it really shone—an impressive selection, and I loved the poached eggs! The staff were super friendly and eager to help, making me feel right at home. I did notice a bit of noise coming from outside at night, which made it hard to sleep at times. the bathroom felt a bit cramped, especially for two people.

The Woolly Sheep had a stellar breakfast that could rival any local eatery! The veggie options were top-notch, especially the poached egg – just perfection! Plus, the staff went the extra mile, making the stay delightful.
The room size was a touch cramped. It felt like a sideways dance just to pass each other, especially since we were both juggling our bits and bobs. Perfect for a solo traveler, but my partner and I would prefer more space next time.
